Erstattungen

Bezahlte Tarife sind noch nicht freigeschaltet. Diese Regeln gelten ab der Freischaltung.

Kurz gesagt

• Die Testphase ist kostenlos und braucht keine Zahlungsdaten.
• Monatstarife können Sie zum Ende jedes Abrechnungsmonats kündigen. Der bezahlte Monat läuft bis zu seinem Ende weiter.
• Es gibt keine versteckten Gebühren, keine Einrichtungsgebühr und keine Mindestlaufzeit bei Monatstarifen.

Wann ich erstatte

• Doppelte oder fehlerhafte Abbuchungen erstatte ich vollständig.
• Kündige ich ohne wichtigen Grund, erstatte ich im Voraus gezahlte Entgelte für die Zeit nach dem Vertragsende anteilig.
• Fällt eine Plattform dauerhaft weg und kündigen Sie deshalb, erstatte ich im Voraus gezahlte Entgelte für die Zeit danach anteilig (§ 8 der Nutzungsbedingungen).
• Jahrestarife: Kündigen Sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem ersten Kauf, erstatte ich den vollen Betrag abzüglich der bis dahin bearbeiteten Videos zum Preis zusätzlicher Videos.

Wann nicht

Angebrochene Monate erstatte ich sonst nicht. Ergebnisse, die nicht erkannt oder falsch zugeordnet wurden, sind kein Erstattungsgrund, weil Musikerkennung nie vollständig ist (§ 4 der Nutzungsbedingungen). Melden Sie mir trotzdem auffällige Fälle; sie helfen.

Kein Widerrufsrecht

lisnn schließt Verträge nur mit Unternehmern. Das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher gilt deshalb nicht.

So beantragen Sie eine Erstattung

Schreiben Sie an info@tiborczekay.com mit Rechnungsnummer und Grund. Ich antworte innerhalb von fünf Werktagen. Erstattungen gehen auf das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel.

Refund policy

The German version above is binding. This English version is provided for convenience.

Paid plans are not open yet. These rules apply once they open.

In short

• The trial is free and needs no payment details.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled to the end of any billing month. The paid month runs until it ends.
• There are no hidden fees, no setup fee and no minimum term on monthly plans.

When I refund

• Double or incorrect charges are refunded in full.
• If I terminate without good cause, I refund fees paid in advance for the period after the contract ends, pro rata.
• If a platform is permanently lost and you terminate for that reason, I refund fees paid in advance for the period afterwards, pro rata (section 8 of the terms).
• Annual plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the first purchase, I refund the full amount minus the videos processed until then, at the price of extra videos.

When not

Otherwise, partly used months are not refunded. Songs that were not found or were matched wrongly are no reason for a refund, because music recognition is never complete (section 4 of the terms). Please still report odd cases; they help.

No right of withdrawal

lisnn contracts with businesses only. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers therefore does not apply.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@tiborczekay.com with the invoice number and the reason. I reply within five working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
